Following the January 2023 floods in Auckland, a property in Massey Heights suffered significant damage from a neighboring landslide, turning its peaceful patio into a muddy mess. After a year-long wait for insurance processing, we intervened to restore and enhance the property.

Our efforts included stabilising the property with retaining wall works, executing demolition to clear the site, and installing a new roof for protection. Upgrades like metal spouting, a heat pump for the master bedroom, and new aluminium joinery were implemented, surpassing insurance provisions.

Electrical and plumbing works ensured safety and functionality, while slotted drains were added to prevent future water-related issues. An extension to the master bedroom and new aluminum stackers in the lounge enhanced both space and aesthetics.

While repairs are currently ongoing, they are nearing completion, marking a significant milestone in the comprehensive restoration and enhancement of the Massey Heights property.
