As the Director of Build Projects Limited Kristina is of Ngāti Kahungunu decent and comes with over 20 years’ experience in various management positions. She is focused on building processes, structures and building the culture of the company based on tikanga Māori values.

Kristina’s deep passion for her culture fuels her dedication to narrowing the divide between Māori and Pākehā within the business realm.  Her business philosophy involves proactively infusing cultural sensitivity into leadership, fostering an inclusive atmosphere that honors diversity.  Kristina holds a steadfast commitment to her core values: Tangata – People, Kaitiakitanga – Guardianship, Manaakitanga – Generosity and Care, Wairuatanga – Spirituality, and Whakawhanaungatanga – Relationships.
